LVJ Narrow Front Axle Carrier

Narrow front axle carrier allows the use of 1/2 wide front tires, while keeping them inside the fenders.  In keeping with LVJ's paradigm of interchangeablity and simplicity, this part fits the Champ, Charger, and Cruiser chassis.  Scratch builders can also this with their own designs.
